Welcome to Tunerfest South 2022!
Thank you for entering this year’s show. We are delighted you are going to be part of what is shaping up to be a fantastic event. It’s our biggest ever!

So big in fact, it’s taken us far more time to make sure everything is in place for you. We therefore apologise for the delay in getting this information to you.

As you will see, we’re full! So full in fact, that the clubs that applied later are situated on the South Bank area – a site usually exclusive to paying spectators and one we’ve never used before. If we hadn’t then we would have to have closed entries earlier and turned a number of clubs away – which we didn’t want to do. Please rest assured that it only a few minutes to walk to the trade and catering areas.

Please note the staggard arrival times listed below. All Clubs are to enter via the Northern Show Entrance and NOT the Main Entrance. Please follow the signs off the A20.
Individual exhibits are to enter via the Main Gate

Please check the site plan and list and click the following links to download the pass that corresponds with your location. Then print it out and display in your car’s windscreen on arrival. Please note arrival times:
BLUE ZONE – ENTRY TIME 7.00 (VIA SHOW ENTRANCE)

ENTRY & ARRIVAL
PLEASE DISPLAY YOUR VEHILE PASS IN THE WINDSCREEN ON ARRIVAL
If you have pre-purchased a ticket, please have it ready. If not, you will need to buy one on the gate.
Once in the venue, please followed the coloured signs to your Zone. A sign displaying your club’s name will be positioned in your area and the boundaries will be marked. Event officials will help you get into position.
As space is extremely limited, please make sure all cars fit within the space provided.

TICKETS
As well as a car pass, everyone will need a ticket to get in. These can be purchased online in advance before 16.00 Thursday 16^th June, here:

Please note that online advance ticket sales close at 4.00pm on Thursday 16^th June. After this time, tickets can be purchased on the day at the gate, albeit at a slightly higher price.
